Balancing nutritional management with the pleasure of eating-.
This is a theme that Narikoma, a pioneer in the field of meals for the elderly and those in need of nursing care, has been pursuing since its establishment. Generally, for the elderly and those in need of nursing care, nutritional management is the first priority on the menu. We are in agreement with this policy.
However, Narikoma goes beyond that and does not compromise in any way on providing the pleasure of eating. We believe that mealtime is the most enjoyable time of the day for patients in medical facilities and nursing/welfare facility patients, and that it contributes greatly to their mental and physical health. We offer a wide variety of menus, including Japanese, Western, and even regional dishes, in a form suitable for those with swallowing problems. In addition to the selection of seasonal ingredients, we also offer special events and seasonal meals to help you feel the milestones in your daily life. We promise to continue to do our utmost to provide the joy of eating so that everyone can experience the joy of living itself.

We design the future of the kitchen with advanced technological solutions.
Narikoma has worked closely with many nursing/welfare facilities and hospitals, listening to the voices of those in the field, uncovering latent needs and solving them with advanced, right-suited technology since our establishment.
In 2022, we launched the DX Promotion Department and took on the challenge of promoting DX, mainly in central kitchens. We are responding to the demand for high-mix, high-volume production with high quality and high efficiency by utilizing ICT and the latest technologies.
In addition, we have developed our own core system (Narikoma Cloud), which handles manufacturing, sales and administration, and we are strengthening data linkage with hospital management systems, electronic medical records, and nutrition management systems. We also aim to increase the variety of meal selections and establish a system to provide nursing care meals for all menu items by 2028.
We look forward to Narikoma's continued use of big data and AI in the future, as we aim for digital transformation of kitchen operations.
